Romans Estate Agents, Woodley led by Daniel Gunningham helped to get the sale of my property through frustrating times due to delays because of changes in solicitors on both sides and multiple back and forth on both sides. Kudos to Romans. Thanks Daniel. One issue needs to be highlighted though: Romans had assured that appointing solicitors through recommended agents would make the transaction easier. But the solicitor journey has been frustrating leading to undue and unnecessary delays inspite of the fact the in-situ tenants (for 5 years) were buyers and both of us had no issues with the property details.
