First time dealing with a letting agent after being a private landlord of a small portfolio for years. Had five local agents out to value our property in Hayes and have to say Devon from Romans was cut above the rest. Professional , communicative and thorough with all my questions - also spoke with one of his colleagues Khuram who spent 40 minutes on the phone explaining the many services they offer - not to mention when I called the mainline to speak to someone , managed to speak with the regional director, called Dale and he was as welcoming , professional as the rest.
