We have turned to Romans, Maidenhead, after some bitter previous experience with an estate agents, to let my property. Lewis, the assistant manager was our point of contact. He was prompt and punctual with meeting us and further communications which helped me immensely, since we do not live closer to my property. Lewis is thoroughly professional and answered all our questions patiently, upfront, providing us with all the information we enquired about. He is very polite and knowledgeable and provided us with all the options and their pros and cons and waited for us to make our decision without overwhelming us with mails. He visited the property twice with an approx. twenty-day interval between the two visits, yet he remembered the details of the house and spotted the changes we have made. This we feel shows his dedication and passion to his profession and has reassured us that we are in good hands. And he efficiently found us a tenant quickly, within a very short time. Romans, and Warren and Kelsee in particular, were great. We got the house listed quickly, and lots of offers on the table following an open house. Their communication was really clear, and they were super friendly!
