A massive thank you to the sales team of Josh, Izzy and Adam for all their help and advice in selling our property. The sales and marketing strategy suggested by Josh was great. Izzy handled the viewings expertly. In addition, Adam and Josh were extremely helpful in looking after the property between it being sold subject to contract and completion. Thanks are also due to Dhruv and his amazing negotiation skills, and to Ryan, our Move Manager, for all his efforts in liaising with all parties to bring the sale to completion as quickly as possible. Romans have managed my property for a number of years. Jess has done a great job of looking after the tenant exit, entry and a full redecoration. Romans internal processes are at times a little frustrating but Jess has helped massively navigate and get to the right outcome.
