Following a leak on our new washing machine over xmas i contacted Romans for assistance. They quickly despatched an engineer to investigate. A missing part had to be ordered and an egineer revisited and fixed the leak. I found Romans communicstion throughout the process excellent. We have used Romans, Clifton to manage our rental property for several years. We have had quite a few property managers and our current one is Hayley Mc Phail. Without doubt Hayley is the best managing agent we have had. She answers emails promptly and is thorough at doing her job. We have had a problem recently with a repair needing to be done due to a leak from upstairs. She has linked me into the conversations with the other agent and regularly prompts them to update her as they are not getting things done as quick as they should. Hayley is a great asset to your company and I know she is always dealing with queries promptly, where before I’ve had to ring other agents at the branch to find out information and have even give them information with how to deal with the problem .Thanks for all your help Hayley.
