My first tenancy with Romans and totally moving into new location - Caversham, Reading. Romans have a good application tracking system, everything can be viewed online. Chloe has been exceptional in responding to the emails or calls every time. The agent was IN time (in fact few minutes early and never left my wife waiting) to show the property and walk through the process and explained them in detail when my wife went to view. I hope the support from Romans will remain / continue to be the same in the future. I am happy to refer Romans to my friends / family if needed in the future.
