I have been a tenant with Romans for five years, and I truly hope to stay with them or, if I win the lottery, buy a property through them. What I’m trying to say is that this estate agent is exceptional. They are reliable, understanding, and professional. There was a technical issue with my payment, and instead of treating me like I hadn’t paid my rent, they worked with me to resolve.There was only compassion and kindness. We are active member of Romans Estate Agents and Letting agents team in Burnham. Each time we ask for assistance from the team, we received incredible support and prompt assistance from the team. Especially "Isabella York​​​​" and "Chloe" were too helpful all the time. I always recommend letting/buying the property from Romans because of the professionalism they keep for all of there customers. They have everything streamlined from letting/buying to the end of the contract. I'll give five star for the whole service received so far !!!

Swati the agent we were in contact with at Romans were extremely helpful and professional. She was incredibly responsive, even out of office hours, in order to facilitate the process as quickly as possible. She was very understanding in regards to all our requests / enquiries and happy to go above and beyond in order to make sure we were put at ease with the process. My wife is very happy with our new flat even tho she wasn't sure in the beginning of the process!
