I was thinking of moving to the area for a potential job that ultimately ended up falling through. Jo and Josh were both extremely helpful and put me at ease and were happy to talk me through the offerings in the area, as well as to give me advice on what mine might be worth where I live now based on similar houses in my area which went above and beyond!
