Contracts are exchanged on the day and secured with a 10% deposit when you sell through an auction. Full payment is then due within 56 days. That’s a quick sale – the greatest advantage of auctions.

The property manager went an extra 10 miles. CE volunteered to deal with my tenant at 7.30pm. Yes pm. Communications regarding an engineer visit the next day came in late and CE passed it all on for me to my tenants. Well beyond what she is paid and expected to do. No difficulty, just natural. But it must have messed up her evening. The entire office staff have a great manner.
